Sales Minister × Barcode Integration for Inventory and Shipping Management Master Series

Connect the sales minister and the field with barcodes to eliminate inventory discrepancies and double entries.

The Sales Minister will remain as is, and only the warehouse and inspection sites will be barcode-enabled. This is aimed at eliminating waiting slips and the multi-day inventory checks. 【Challenges Before Implementation】 ■ The inventory count in the Sales Minister is based on figures calculated from slips, which does not match the actual numbers in the field. ■ Order slips are printed for picking, and sales slips are manually entered after the process is completed. ■ Visual inspections cannot stop discrepancies in products or quantities on the spot. ■ Inventory checks occur a few times a year and take several days, halting operations. 【Effects After Implementation】 ■ The inventory in the Sales Minister will be updated as soon as the work in the field is completed, eliminating discrepancies. ■ Inspection results will directly become purchase and sales slips, eliminating manual entry. ■ If a product differs from the list, an alert sound and error display will notify, allowing for immediate correction. ■ Conducting inventory checks with barcodes alone will reduce the number of workdays and counting errors. *Please inform us of the version of the Sales Minister you are using and the processes where discrepancies are occurring. We will propose a structure.
